36 Days of Type (WIP)

This project explores the intricate beauty of Indo-Persian jaali (latticed screen) designs through a 36 Days of Type challenge, blending traditional artistry with modern digital tools. Each letter and numeral will feature unique patterns inspired by the geometric and floral motifs found in historic architecture, modelled as 3D objects using Adobe Dimension to create detailed latticework textures. Complementing these designs, themed backgrounds are generated using MidJourney, drawing inspiration from the atmospheric settings of mosques, palaces, and tombs. The final compositions harmonize 3D typography with evocative backgrounds, resulting in a visually striking series that celebrates cultural heritage through contemporary design techniques.
